Why I Built This
I know this because I’ve lived it.
I went from juvenile hall as early as fifth grade, being kicked out of high school, and becoming a teenage parent, to building a financial-services organization that grew to more than 2,500 advisors, helped more than 500 customers a month at our peak, and generated more than $11 million in paid commissions in 2023.
I didn’t arrive there as the same person I started as.
I had to develop myself along the way.
The principles behind this framework became part of that process—and eventually principles I taught throughout our organization.
